  • Arrival meet and greet from airport/train/bus station to accommodation and arrangements back to airport/bus or train station
  • Pre-departure information, Orientation meeting and all general organisation, plus handouts, any equipment deemed necessary and assistance in settling in on first days
  • Cultural classes or language classes depending on dates selected
  • Use of meeting rooms for working project
  • Welcome Breakfast (Continental style, i.e. cereal, milk, bread, butter, cheese, yoghurt, juice etc…)
  • Accommodation in shared apartment, bed linen, fully equipped kitchen, cooker, cutlery and crockery (contents and the area may vary from apartments and usually most project members will share a room)
  • Accompanied project related activities, project related visits, field trips/project excursions to aid with project research
  • Members of staff on location who aid in completion of project including guidance with layout team
  • Professional workshops with qualified staff feedback to aid in completion of project – includes professional proof reading service (if required by any members of the team)
  • Help with the online publishing of the e-book together with all relevant certificates or documentation as proof of completion of the CTR project.
